Shot Blast & Powder Coat:
Our powder coating line features an automatic and manual shot booth, spray booth, and oven. We can handle components large and small, as long as they can fit through the doors of the booth. Our manual shot booth and spray booth have 10’ x 13’ doors and our automatic shot booth has 9’ x 9’ doors. We use a 0.04” steel shot to prep components for powder coating. The shot cleans the components and creates a micro-surface texture, which increases the adhesion of the powder coat to the components, resulting in a more durable finish. We can provide powder coating finishes in any color, as long as we can source it.
Blasting and Liquid Painting:
BCT Air Blast and Reclaim System
Function: Manual blasting with 150 psi working pressures, giving the capabilities of doing small products
up to items as large as 65,000 lbs
Room dimensions: 50’ long x 24’ wide x 16’ tall
Large Equipment Cross Draft Pressurized Liquid Paint Booth System
Function: Manual liquid spray with climate-controlled heat to aid in the cure process of the paint.
Room dimensions: 50’ long x 30’ wide x 19’ tall
